Expressing Devoured Fellings

We have a desire of shaping a new life inside us to balance between our thoughts and reality, but sometimes we are scared what people would say from the words we have spoken. Emotional trauma is a disease worse than cancer, usually evolve as an aftermath of a hurtful conversation. And sometimes the pain we feel is too hard to say out loud. That way our feelings are devoured.

Freedom of self-expression as from the text book definition is, an inalienable human right that encompasses the freedoms of speech, press, religion, assembly, association and right to receive information without interference and without compromising personal privacy, which stays within the textbook pages in a world where no one is given a chance because, we have already been sentenced and judged what we’re thinking of and what we are not. But we always have a choice, a choice of focusing on our gifts instead of our misfortunes, a choice of turning our worst tragedies into our greatest blessings, a choice of loving instead of hating.

Emotional expression sometimes called the natural healer allows us to communicate from the deep burning of our hearts, which can occur with or without self-awareness. The expressions include facial behaviors like smiling, frowning and simple behaviors like crying. Researchers have proposed many different theoretical models to explain emotional expression but still there is no universally accepted theory, but philosophers agreed that healthy humans experience and express them in variety of ways. The cultural norms and beliefs of a society also affect and shape the emotional expressions of its members, making it a taboo to give expressions from hurt or treat. Which really gives a home for culturing negative energy that shapes us into someone new.

I read in a book about luring a lion out of its den and the author said you need to present it a challenge, same way as understanding each other’s feelings, because no one wants to talk to people deeply from the burning of their heart. We have to use a strategy of letting them know your sorrows and caring to give them sense of over confident to have an actual conversation with you. I learned in secondary school that an internal combustion engine produces torque to speed up the wheels and gives carbon emission as by product, for humans has no difference, those burning words we let living within us, only gives a torque of aggression and negative energy as the byproduct whereby polluting our thoughts and forever changing us.

A reason why the government put a ban on hard drugs in the society is the side effect which increases risks of taking lives, avoiding emotions also have a similar alignment. Modern life is full of emotional challenges, starting from the pressure to succeed, fear of missing out to desire to good relationships. But what we learned in our society is how to avoid them by drug use or screen time and other ways of ignoring our feelings, choosing our mind over our matters. It have energy that pushes up for expression else it stamp down our mind and bodies with creative tactics resulting to anxiety and depression. When our mind blocked the flow of emotions because they are too over whelming or too conflicting, it put stress to the mind and the body creating psychological distress and symptoms. And from such, has not only been linked to mental ills, but physical problems like heart disease, intestinal problems, headaches, insomnia, and autoimmune disorders.
